It was not supposed to be a meal, but since we were waiting for friends to have dinner nearby, we decided to try it while killing time. I actually enjoyed it much more than the dinner I had later.

A few great things about the dish, it was served bubbling hot. The broth was rich and tasty, and the meat was relatively tender. Served with the usual white rice and dough fritters (you zha kway) it was really satisfying. I’ll definitely be back!
